• Definition and documentation of manufacturing steps for the workshop
• Creation and maintenance of work instructions, assembly procedures, and parts lists
• Coordination with design and production staff to clarify technical details

• Ensuring that changes from the design department are implemented in production

YOU CONVINCE

• Excellent technical understanding and enjoyment of presenting complex issues in an understandable way
• Training and/or experience in work preparation, technical drawing, boat building, metal construction, carpentry, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• Confident handling of technical drawings and CAD documents (reading, understanding, adapting if necessary)
• Experience with CATIA V5/6 is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with production and design
• Structured and careful way of working
